SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via Canada Post:
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Canada): 2-3 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within Canada only.
Important Note - Hygiene & Skincare Products Due to the personal hygiene nature of our skincare and spa products (spa gloves, loofahs, body care items), all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at fruitage9studio@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
